Production Process
**The rice journey at Abu El Dahab begins the moment we receive the finest Egyptian harvests. The grains are carefully selected from trusted sources to ensure quality from the very start. Next, they go through a cleaning and screening process to remove impurities and broken grains, followed by sorting and polishing, which give the rice its distinctive purity and shine. The process continues with sizing and grading to offer all the sizes and types that meet both local and international market requirements.
